ASUS Eee PC 1201T Seashell Netbook: Launched in India!

In Recent days Asus has launched Eee PC 1201T netbook in India, this is one of the latest variant of Eee PC range. This netbook has been designed in such a manner that the users can use more processing power and the storage capacity. This netbook will be one of the most powerful to use and ultraportable Eee PC. After launching ASUS Eee PC 1201T Seashell Netbook it has added one more member to its Seashell family.

However this time in the ultraportable there are in-build AMD processors in it. This AMD features has Athlon Neo processor that supports full HD playback. This becomes more perfect for those who use HD movies while on the move or tour. Not only is this but Asus netbook also comprises of ATI Radeon HD 3200 discrete graphics. It bears stylish design that is based on the Seashell and this ultraportable netbook comes with in-Mold roller technology and the panel around the keyboard also appears to be glossy.

This new netbook bears 12.1 inch Eee PC 1201T with 1366*768 pixel resolutions that supports the LCD display along with LCD display of 16.9 aspect ratio. Whatever may be the size of the screen but it is capable to support the full HD content and the difference between the half and full HD would hardly be visible to an average Joe.

Besides all these things the new launched netbook also contains 1201T equipment such as 1.6GHz AMD Athlon Neo MV-40 processor, 2 GB DDR2 memories, and 320GB HDD for storage. And with the help of pre-installed ArcSoft Sim HD software the standard of HD video has been upscale. The default operating system of this ultraportable is in DOS therefore customers will have to buy a copy of Windows7, XP and Vista.

This netbook has some in-build features that performs just like a power manager for the netbook it provides battery life of about 6 hours along with six cell battery pack. ASUS Eee PC 1201T Seashell Netbook is available at Rs, 21490 in India. This netbook is big on features but small in size. This includes 0.3 megapixel web cam, multi-media card reader, HD Audio Codec, LAN port, three USB 2.0 port, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n).
